Custom Battery Pack Engineering
Designing and assembling high-discharge battery packs from bare cylindrical and prismatic cells. Exploring the rock-solid reliability of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) alongside cutting-edge Sodium-ion (Na+) cell technologies.
LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate)
The gold standard for mobile power stations and off-grid solar storage. Features an extremely flat discharge curve (~3.2V nominal per cell), 4000+ cycle lifespan, and virtually zero risk of thermal runaway compared to standard lithium-ion.
- • Nominal Voltage: 3.2V / cell (12.8V 4S config)
- • Cycle Life: 3,500 - 6,000 cycles to 80% DoD
- • Ideal For: High-draw 12V power boxes & RV systems
Sodium-Ion (Na+ Cells)
Next-generation battery chemistry replacing lithium with abundant sodium. Demonstrates incredible sub-zero cold-weather discharge capability (-20°C to -40°C), rapid charging rates, and the ability to be discharged safely to 0V for completely safe shipping and storage.
- • Nominal Voltage: ~3.0V - 3.1V / cell
- • Cold Weather: Retains >80% capacity at -20°C
- • Ideal For: Extreme environment expedition packs
